Great venue for kids birthday parties, private party room and host, pick your menu, we added some platters for some parents that stayed, which wasn't a problem for the staff to do.
The kids had a ball playing laser tag then out onto the bumper cars and into the arcade area to play the games.

Today was the first time I’ve been to IPlay at the Belconnen Mall in almost 12 months and I must say wow what a difference, so much cleaner and so many more options when it comes games.
What looks like was a pressure situation today for the manager ( Shaun )with what it seemed like to be 300 kids, he still went above and beyond to help me and my kids so thank you and I’ll definitely be back.
Three words, out of order. My kids asked can we go to iPlay, sure why not, could be fun. After waiting 20 minutes for anyone to attend the increasing crowd at front desk, we have a look at the games. As we navogate the machines i begin to notice a lot of machines are "out of order", ok use the ones that work, but then not all machines were correctly marked as out of order and as such we lost over $20 simply due to broken machines. Don't go, save your money, your ears, and your childs happiness for a better place.
Great place to bring family, friends children to play arcade games. All games are mostly $2 each so it's easy. I wish they had a kiosk where you can refill your card without having to go to the cashier. I always have fun going to iPlay!
Had my daughters 10th birthday party on Sunday. All the kids had fun. The host we had was fantastic. Very patient. Friendly. Professional. I would highly recommend it.

Lots of out of order games, empty machines and felt like it needed a major upgrade. The head of the hammer fell off the "whack-a-mole" game and the VR headsets need recalibrating as you had to sit sideways on the seat and risk hitting someone walking past. Overall, a very poor effort from iplay
